Doctor recommendations for the West Coast? (BC, WA)

I am having a lot of trouble with locating someone knowledgeable in Vancouver, BC. Ophthalmologists have been mostly terrible (one thought autologous serum was a novel product). Optometrists are okay but I am not getting any answers. I feel like there maybe more to my dry eye story besides mild/moderate MDG because I could not find many people complaining about the same symptoms on this forum.

Could you please recommend someone knowledgeable in BC or Washington state?
