Extended travel with serum tears

These serum tears must be frozen then thawed for use. How are they kept frozen while traveling for several weeks?

It will be difficult depending on the travel plan. If you are at the same place for an extended time, no problem but if you are moving daily that will be difficult. On those occasions leave them at home.
