I have never had lipiflow but I have had lipiview with pictures of the glands and that is really important. I am going straight to IPL from here because they both cost $$$ and I think I will get more bang for my buck with IPL. My doc does both and he said that if it wasn't for the fact that they have a few patients that swear by lipiflow they wouldn't bother. They have had quite good success with IPL though according to him.

Thanks MGD. My doc does both and seems to like the IPL better so I am doing that first. This study did not compare the two it was the only treatment that they tried so I am sure that IPL will work just as well if not better....fingers crossed at least.Comment
