I work on a computer all day like I'm sure a lot of people here do. Is there anything you do to make that more bearable on your eyes? Does turning down the brightness do anything? Any suggestions?

Someone else on this board recommended this: https://justgetflux.com/
I used to put in big computer hours too, and ended up adjusting the brightness and hue as it was very difficult to look at the screen.

flux should help but mostly on laptops. Desktop screens have always been fine to me. Screw the new technology. An anti glare screen might be a good idea.Last edited by dryeye4ever; 12-May-2014, 09:57.
