Over the years I have seen over 12 different eye drs. YES it is frustrating but don't let it ruin your life.
my life is already ruined, I honestly cant take it for much longer... tomorrow I will go to eye doctor and I will have to get really dramatic then.

These are pharmacy eyedrop standards. Ocuflash and Oftagel have benzalkonium chloride but no big deal, particularly for that short time. Systane Balance is better. We also use basic Celluvisc, and at the moment Hyloforte. Just use what suits you. Again, drops are not 'healing medicine', if you like them you can use them to protect the eye surface so it can heal itself. Your tear film is made of chemicals, minerals, biofilm, anyway - this is the best we've got so far replicating that. Some of those ingredients, like boric acid, are useful against opportunistic bugs if your natural tear film is deficient. Sorbitol is a natural sugar which seems to support the eye surface. Some eyedrop ingredients are in the body anyway.

ok but why has there not been any relief? ... I will go to doctor tomorrow... then I will be very specific and very dramatic with her because I am frustrated ..

Do you understand, my eyes feel like burning constantly... I really cant take this much longer...

You are staring at the computer too much. That's why your eyes burn. Your eyes are having trouble recovering afterwards now, unless you protect and heal them. What do you want the eye doc to do about that? Her next treatment would be steroid eyedrops to control inflammation - we used FML when we needed it. You can avoid that by normal eye protection and lubricants - try cold compress.

Thats why I asked how much I can stay on the computer... but you are probably right... I will limit myself now to 3x1 hour maximum, with at least 2 hour breaks between.

I am playing now basketball outside like 2-3 hours every day... but its pretty intense and I cant do it all day long.

ok so I have put Bepanthen to my eyes now twice this evening. I feel stinging in my eyes now, what does this mean? Before it was just warm but now its stinging quite a bit.

I put them first time at 8 PM, then I felt a bit relief for 10-15 minutes, but one hour later it was stinging bad.
Now I put them again about 9:50 PM, and now I feel relief again.

It means your eyes are bone-dry and sore. Try a wet cold compress as well? See if that cools you down. Try cold eyedrops from the fridge. Ask the doc for eyedrop alternatives to try, consider using saline Minims sometimes (but not too often). Consider covering your eyes at night. Clean up your room for possible allergens now your eyes are sensitive.

How on earth can my eyes be bone dry when i have been using eye drops every day???
Im getting sick of this fast... getting closer to suicide every day now. Today I have been on the computer too long thats true...... starting tomorrow I will limit it more, but because dryeye4ever told me its ok the be on computer I was here more today, well at least I know now how much worse computer makes things.

Its just to test out if you can cope with it. I can cope it....staying away from the computer right now would be useless because you do that when you start your recovery.

as for the symptomps, they are all normal. I dont know what to suggest you really besides maybe putting good drops like systane balance. Tea is good for stress and keep exercising. Aside from that there are no really secrets for symptoms. Fatigue is something I struggled with as well in the very beginning now it has improved because I keep exercising.

You just said you had an eye infection well it might be due to all of that. If it still doesnt heal it means you have dry eye and its something that can be healed with time.
