this should be device from 'Oculeve', trials should happen now at least in Australia, so anyone there should be able to participate

I wonder if this would help those with MGD as well. Although it doesn't seem to have the potential to change the quality of tears, it seems like there'd be less artificial tears needed. That's all good, but you have to wonder what the makers of artificial tears would do to sabotage this.
