Sorry for all the threads I'm opening, but I feel really anxious and scared. My next appointment with the opht is in January 2015 (YES, that's totally crazy), and in the meantime... well, I guess I just have to deal with all those scary symptoms.
Lately my eyes have been getting more and more "gooey", with bubbles (froth ?). At first I was optimistic and wanted to believe it could be the meibum finally moving, but I'm not sure because the film seem to be mostly located in the inner corners. I've been diagnosed with ocular rosacea / MGD, but I've never read anything about a gooey film anywhere, and am really anxious.
Sometimes I can spot white mucus balls in my inner corners, mostly after a shower because I can't stand getting water in my eyes so I tend to rub them.
I really NEED to understand what's going on, bc my symptoms change all the time it's crazy.
