blinking--any suggestions on remembering to blink often?

I know one of my problems of dry eyes is not blinking enough. Any suggestions?

When on the computer blink whenever you press the space bar..or another key you use frequently...take breaks when you are doing something that requires lots of concentration. The 20-20-20 rule is for those with normal tears, so I try and do it more frequently - although sometimes I do forget!

I also have a post it note on all my computers which says "BLINK".

You can also download a blinker which reminds you to blink - I think there might be one on this forum somewhere...
