Can anyone tell me how to properly do eye massages? I’m wondering if I’ve been doing them correctly. Also, do any of you use the Bruder eye mask? Does it work? If not, what mask do you use? I’m using Therapearl but thinking of changing things up for possible relief....

Agree with Dano to make sure it’s not too hot, and don’t massage too rigorously after warm compress as you can warp your corneas.

When I used to do warm compresses, I liked Thermalon. It kept the warmth a decent amount of time, and was easy to mold the mask around the eye lids. Also reasonably priced ~$11USD.

-i have been using the bruder mask, it works ok, make sure not to get it too hot, get a laser thermomemter to check the temp, this is very important, i was using mine way too hot at 60 C when it should be done at 43-45 C
-i have seen some docs say that this is more effective for moderate or severe MGD:
