What does this mean exactly?

My results show LLT as 44nm and 45 nm

It means Lipid Layer Thickness. It is measured via examing the color pattern on your eye surface. Probably you did measurements in a dark room, while you were supposed to blink.
The more colorful your oil in your tearfilm, the thicker it is.

My LLTs were between 25nm and 35nm, which is severe dry eyes...

Anything above 100nm is considered to be normal. Everything below 60-70nm (I i remember correctly) should make you feel symptomatic.

I find myself wondering how much someone might expect the nm to increase after treatment (like Lipiflow for example)

So you mean above 100nm is normal.

I have both eye above 70. one eye is around 80 I think. But my eye still feel uncomfortable. and I do have blockage.

From your experience, is that a weird result?

LLT/MGD/tear film is just one of triggers. Also need to tackle:
inflammation (bacteria, demodex)
if lids are sealed when sleep
allergy to food, dusts, chemicals, smoke, comestics etc.
aqueous or goblet cells deficiency
conjunctivochalasis (CCH), most common symptom: tearing, pain

Anterior basement membrane dystrophy (ABMD)
pain upon walking in the morning, blurring/ghosting vision, photophobia, tearing

medications, other health issues etc.
--- some of these are often overlooked as they share similiarities to dry eye --

Never forget that one day you may have an LLT > 70nm and the other day it may only be 50nm...

As I know, I do not have demodex. I do have inflammation. One doctor even said my inflammation is more serious than blockage. I am now on xiidra . I cannot get access to IPL(heard that IPL is good for treating inflammation ).

Now, I am only access to lipiflow. But I do not know if it is worth it since my lipiview result looks not bad

best is to get MMP-9 test, should be more accurate than slit lamp examination
Demodex is hard to detect - most doctors actually do not check this.

BlephEx and effective lid hygiene help but
without accurate diagnosis & objective data - just waste money/time & impossible stop progression!
