i use them long term, but never more than a couple times per month. These are the strongest steroid eye drops out there, and you should consult a doctor before doing so. and if that doctor says yes, i would suggest consulting another one.

Thanks Grant....I guess that's why they work the best for me...because they're the strongest. How many is a couple days per month and how many drops do you use on those days? I understand how steroid drops can cause pressure complications, but have seen others on this forum using lotemax or fml daily, long term. Unfortunately, they don't help me at all.
