Has anyone heard of these before? And has anyone tried them?

Seems to be very little information on them, but if they are more efficient than other warm compresses, that is hopeful.

As compared to Blephasteam, it generates dry rather than moist heat, is a lot cheaper, is more widely available and it doesn't have the added cost of consumables. It has been out for a while now and, yet, I can only find testimonials on the manufacturer's web site.
