The only thing that comes to mind...possibly an astigmatism causes the lid and the eyeball to interact incorrectly with each other. Overv time, as we age, our skin becomes less taut, possibly causing MGD and dry eye. Total speculation...probably wrong lol.

Are you saying there is a relationship between these things or you're just assuming/questioning if there's a problem?

Ah, well I can speculate posdiblyvthat your tear film went to trash after you got the MGD and made your vision crappier. I had great vision with my glasses and I have a ridiculously high prescription...-8.00 and -8.25. Once my injury and MGD happened, my vision had never been as good. Again, just speculation.

I guess I'm not sure. With glasses, the vision is fine, though dry eye is still an issue. Is that indicative of a tear film issue, or a vision issue???
