I got my scleral lens from Dr. Chiu and she is great, although she did not recommend PROSE for me, mine is a bit smaller but still larger than a mini-scleral I believe (although I might try or a larger diameter lens for my next lens).

could you explain why Dr Chiu did no recommend PROSE for you? Maybe we could learn something. Thanks.

During the visit she puts on samples of different kinds of lenses and I could tell no difference between the PROSE and the generic brand. The PROSE also costs several thousand dollars more but this depends on insurance. We felt that I could always "upgrade" to PROSE in the future which I may do in a year or two.

Hi, you should try the supplement Astaxanthin. It's really great and it helped cure the pain in my eyes.
