Dryness in other body parts

I'm not sure if this is my imagination but I'm feeling that aside form my on going MGD that certain parts of my skin are quite dry. Recently I've been having dry hands in particular itchy small fingers. My forehead is quite dry too, scalp quite itchy too. I cream my hands and in particular my wee fingers quite regularly now. I figured I'd ask you guys to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

My mouth is quite dry when I wake up too but I put this down to breathing via my mouth when sleeping at night.

I've also noticed an increase in the amount of joints I can 'crack' when I press them. Since my dry eye started I can now crack my large toe - only at night strangely!!!

I understand this forum is not medical advice so I am only seeking an opinion really.

have you seen the doctor? it sounds a bit like Sjogrens syndrome

I tested negative for Sjogrens, mouth is not dry but skin is, mostly cuticles, hands in winter, back of arms too... Don't know why but I do have hormonal imbalances and Hashimoto's
