Source for compounded dexamethasone?

Friend is having trouble with Leiter's recently (including not being able to reach a human to talk about issues with something defective sent out). I guess they moved or are in the process of moving and are having some hiccups. Does anybody have a compounding pharmacy they have used for preservative free steroid or other rx drops? Many thanks for any tips.

Rebecca- Leiter's compounding has become seperate from Leiter's pharmacy but you should be able to get someone at the 800 number, just follow the prompts. They are having problems- one is that they have not been processing insurance claims since July- this is maddening as there seems to be no hurry to get back to doing that so now you get to pay full price, fill out forms and hope to get reimbursed. There is a compounding pharmacy in Mass. called Johnson Wellness and Compounding center. They compound testosterone drops for Dr. Sullivan and Hamrah (sp?) hope this helps

Up here, we have Bausch & Lomb Minims Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate Ophthalmic Solution 0.5% (i.e., preservative free "Lotemax" SDU). The sterile single dose eye drops come in a box of 20 of 0.3ml. Perhaps these are available in the US too?

I get my preservative free steroid drops at Medical Arts Pharmacy in Clayton, MO. They are a very good compounding pharmacy, but I'm not sure if they deliver like Leiter's.
