Need help with info about MGD please?

Thanks Rebecca. I also purchased the Theratears Sterilid foam. It has tea tree oil in it.

So with the foam, how do you clean the inner rims (where the glands are)? Do you dip a q-tip in the foam, or just use your fingers, or?

I don't use Q-Tips... I suppose other people do but honestly I'm too scared of touching my cornea with one if I tried to get it on the lid margin between the lashes and my eye. I just use my fingertips to massage it in well and hope for the best. Maybe your doctor could show you a better method?
