Has anyone noticed a link between dry eyes and certain vaccinations?

I've just been looking through my medical records and I've realized that around a month before my dry eyes suddenly started I had received the BCG vaccine (for tuberculosis) as I was just about to start volunteering in a hospital. I asked the doctor about this and he said that any side affects from the vaccine should have gone by now and I had it over 2 years ago so its unlikely but I'm just curious to see if anyone else's eyes started up around the same time as having a vaccine?

Dry eyes is not a known side effect of any vaccine as far as I know. Odds are the timing is a coincidence...
