Sorry another one from me.
So much to think about after seeing Mr. Walker, good and bad.
Looking into the whole nerve issue and how that is contributing to my post LASIK dry eye and possible the damage to my tear glands.
Top of my list is still AMT (Prokera), but looking at PRP drops (visit to Spain) or PRGf drops if the lady working with the dry eye center in London can pull off getting the compounded there.
Mr. Walker still believes Oxervate would be ideal but very expensive and not available here on the NHS because of the expense.
He has suggested self-mixing using Alomone Labs to source the NGF and adding saline. Works out a lot cheaper. But I've no idea what to order or how to go about it.
hosanna13 has done it, so dropped a PM but she's not been on here since the new year.
