sinus trouble and dry eye.

Hi all have been having lots of problems with sinuses since i got dry eye..puffed round eye and face looks like ive been punched in eyes with inflammation that never seems to go down..doctor has given me so far two lots of antibiotics which made me sick..Is this linked with des as i never had it before like this...I would love to hear from anyone else who has this problem..
