I went to the doctor because I needed new glasses. In the doctors office forms they ask you if you have any other eye related issues, and of course I had to mention my dry eye.
In the middle of the exam i told him i was no there to discuss my dry eye, I've visited a bunch of doctors and I just needed new glasses. He told me that it was okay but he wanted to help me cause he has a lot of patients with dry eye and this new method work for them. Of course after examining carefully he for sure told me I have MGD ( i was like Okay old news let's move on...) so then he proceed to tell me he really wanted to give me a try and to please please his method, all he was going to recommend it was over the counter and he also pointed out he was not receiving any monetary recommendation for telling me this.
anyway here are the products he recommended, just FYI I'll order them this weekend and I'll come back in a month or so and tell everyone how I'm doing, I just wanted to give you guys more options since I know a lot of people is still looking for some comfort. I also want to point out at the moment I'm living my life comfortably. Every now and then I wear makeup (no eyeliner of course or mascara) and I take fish oil lax seed oil that I buy from Walmart (cheap brand which he also mentioned it's not good or enough for dry eyes but seems to be working for me) and that's all I do for my eyes. Products:

https://webstore.prnomegahealth.com/...temId=1367#opc
https://www.target.com/p/systane-com...E&gclsrc=aw.ds
I really hope it helps someone! I'll try it myself
