Forums that may be useful for some patients

I've started making a listing of additional healthcare forums which either:

1) Have an eyecare forum that may be useful for some dry eye patients, and/or

2) Discuss disease topics that may for some of you be directly related to your dry eyes (e.g. Sjogrens, LASIK, Bell's Palsy)

I'm trying to limit it to good quality patient-focused forums that appear to have a solid history and substantial participation. If you want to add anything to the list, or if you see any on the list that you think might not be so hot after all, please send me an email or PM.
