Has anyone tried blinking exercises for dry eyes?

I have MGD, lack of tears and I feel like I have a chronic eye strain. I came across this website that shows you how to see if you are blinking with the wrong muscles and how to fix it:

It seems like I am blinking wrong and I already knew I was because my eyes are so uncomfortable. Has anyone else looked at blinking exercises before?

No not yet. I emailed the company but didn't get any reply and haven't had much time to look into it further, I'll let you know though if I get them.
