I don't know if this is milia or something else, but I have a few clogged pores or glands just beneath some of my lower lashes on both eyes. They look like balls of white-ish stuff just beneath the top layer of skin and protrude in a small bump. I do daily lid massage, cleaning and warm compresses. I can't get these things to go away or "pop". I'm concerned about them getting larger. Any idea how to eradicate them and eliminate others from forming? What causes this?
