After I heat this in microwave there seems to be a damp patch as if the seeds inside are leaking, anyone else get this? Not entirely happy putting it against my eye lids like that.

Yes all the time, might of got damp from when you cleaned it last or just the steam. Let it cool as those bits can get a bit hot.
I tend to buy a new one every other month as my gets a lot of use and actually starts to shrink. Having said that, on a bad day I'm using it up to 5 /6 times in one evening!People have recovered, so can we.

I've never heard of using heat that often, doesn't sound very safe, takes 2 hours for oil to regen I hear too?prevention is better than cure, but not for eyes?Comment
