I'm about to be exposed to a cold, and last time I had a cold it started off my MGD so I'm expecting trouble. Does anyone know if the herbal cold remedy Echinaforce is safe for someone with eye problems, inflammation, MGD etc? I certainly don't want to make things worse by taking it though so any input welcome.
