Testosterone drops?

I have tried every otc drop, gel, ointment, amniotic membrane, scleral lenses, punctual plugs, gland probing, lipiflow. I have about 4 working glands in each lower lid, tear test 2-0, nothing has helped. Looking into testosterone eye drops.........feedback please
