My routine

Morning,

I have been struggling with dry eyes for over two years now and am not having much luck at all.

I have now devised a daily routine which i am going to implement and monitor, see attached.

Has anyone else tried this? Does anyone have any comments on the routine to help?

Today it feels more like my top eye lid is sore and tight on the outside rather than my eyes being dry??
