How to buy Blephasteam from the US?

I tried to buy it from a UK vendor on amazon UK, and amazon say's cannot ship to US. How to buy Blephasteam from the US? Thanks.

In my searching so far is on ebay. I have been checking sellers around the world but end up back there. I haven't tried to buy one there yet but it looks like it is possible. it does say United States n the shipping part. Loks like it will run about $300 when done.
