Dry eye in vitamin D deficiency: more than an incidental association.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention,did they state what the recommended amount of vitamin D is to improve dry eye? I only take 25ug and only then as its already included in the fish oil capsule I take.People have recovered, so can we.

I believe the official upper limit is around 5000 UI but vitamin d is safe even in higher doses when supplemented with vitamin K2. There is an interesting book called "The Miraculous Results Of Extremely High Doses Of The Sunshine Hormone Vitamin D3" maybe you should check it out. I am currently taking 10000 IU but will up to around 30000 IU once I get the proper vitamin K2.
I am also taking 400mg of Magnesium Citrate which I think really improved my dry eye.
What you get through your diet is not nearly enough.
