Best form of birth control for DES sufferer

I haven’t been able to wear contact lenses for the past five years for more than a couple of hours. It took me this long tor realize that the cause are my birth control pills! I need to have some sort of hormone because of my cramps. I’m willing to switch to an IUD but does anyone know which kind of birth control is best for anyone with dry eyes caused by this side effect? Thank you!

I am post menopausal but I have read on this forum that there are several young women with what they believe is hormone related dry eye after using a hormone impregnated IUD so be VERY careful if you use in IUD that it does not contain hormones.
