I noticed alot of people in DEZ take vitamins. I recently started taking Aloe Vera pills for urinary health, but I think it may help with my dry eye a little. I wonder if the liquid aloe vera would help. Has anyone tried this already?

I've heard of people taking it for the bladder but not for the eyes. The best things for the eyes are Omega FISH OILS.
