    Hi,

Don't you have convergence issues? I saw another post where you said that you might have convergence insufficiency.

Hmm... Did you have Lipiview and Schirmer tests?

        Are they normal?

Yes I'm producing tears and my glands are all ok except for 3 that are dead, the doctor i just seen today refer me to a cornea specialist he says it's really weird that my eyes get dry 1 day and can be not so dry the next 1 doc sends me to 1 doc to the next he finds it crazy that nothing works plugs xidra mgd probing doxycycline hot compresses omega 3 flaxseed eye drops nothing works. My eyes get dry just by me looking in the mirror awful pain even when I'm asleep and i dont sleep with my eyes open i taped them already to see if that would make a difference

I feel like ever since i had that head injury my eyes been hurting i never had these issues prior to that

In my case, I am making good amount tears and my glands are OK (except, 1 dead gland in right eye) and there is dropout in the right eye and left eye is perfect- but I get symptoms in both eyes. But the doctor was not concerned and said no dry eyes.

Maybe that accident caused so damage or it is eye strain.

On bad days, do you feel pain while moving your eyes inwards? Trying looking at your nose?

Do you do any near work such as working on a computer, reading books, group meetings, etc?

I can't be on any screens or read my eyes start burning I'm not working i can't had to quit I'm disable cant function normally i also get burning sensations around my face head the accident was almost a year ago. I have no pain moving my eyes just pain by looking at things

i think my eye doctor suspects corneal neuropathy and just by reading about it i have all the symptoms
