Any tips on this, as well as other no steroid ways to lower inflammation. My eyes are normal when inflammation isn't present. I'm on ikervis and softacort twice a week. I don't want to risk using the softacort more. If I use the softacort everyday my eyes would be perfect. I wear moisture chamber glasses around the house and when driving etc.. Using eye drops more often can help lower inflammation? I think the inflammation temporarily lowers my goblet cells/mucin and stops my lipid glands working correctly. As steroids returned all this to normal. Things are starting to get better with this regime. Just looking as more ways to swing things back in my favour. Vita pos an eye onimnet with vitamin A has also seemed to help. I think this can help with goblet cell/mucin production.
