Ingrown eyelashes

I have been having trouble with ingrown eyelashes for a while spefically in the corner where the nose meets the eye, which I think is contributing to a lot of irritation particularly in one eye, I can pull them out sometimes with tweezers however they are very thin/ hard to see so this is problematic and they often grow back quickly, are there any other solutions to this issue?

They supposingly can be fixed surgically but I couldn't have that because of another problem I had from a previous surgery but I did get electrolysis. And have been good since. Not pleasant though. Must be almost ten years now.
