  • Humidifier for a workroom

This section seems to be abandoned, http://forum.dryeyezone.com/forum/ar...ol-humidifiers
    But I'll try again.

Novice to this forum, but not to the syndrome (unfortunately). I work with computer at least 8 hours a day, sometimes even more, and it's not very healthy for my eyes. I was thinking whether getting a mist humidifier might help me in this situation: by the end of the day my eyes are itching. I do eye gymnastics to prevent accommodation spasm, but sometimes it's not working.
Which type would you recommend for a workplace, warm or cold mist? I'm working from home, room is not big, so it shouldn't be a whole home humidifier I believe.

Hi peter, personally I don't know the difference between warm or cold mist, but I know that the relative humidity must be between 40 and 60%, and the temperature between 19°C and 24°C.
