I wanted to share some information I've gathered about the effects of makeup and skin care ingredients on dry eyes. I have MGD and ocular rosacea and have learned that some of my makeups were contributing to the problem in addition to irritating them. I've discontinued all retinol products, facial moisturizers with chemical sunscreen, and mascara with chemical ingredients. My eyes are thanking me! They feel so much better.
