I'm considering to have IRPL in London. But I have some concerns about it, mostly about its side effects.
There are some researches about laser and light therapy with different points of view. Some say that it might have consequences in long term period such as cancer or eye damage.
My specialist says that there are no mentioned side effects. However some contraindications for IPL (as well as facial IPL) are any cancer conditions.
Did anyone research these topics? What do you think about long term side effects?
In my case, I'm struggling with facial rosacea as well as ocular rosacea/ dry eyes (aqua deficiency)/ blepharitis/ permanent veins in the eyes. So my hope is to get rid of rosacea and red veins in the eyes.
