Starbursts, glare day and night!

Ever since finishing Accutane 5 months ago, I’ve suffered bad burning dry eyes.. it’s been confirmed I have mgd evaporative dry eye.

however in the day and night I’m suffering rays of glare shining off every single light source & daytime glare (shiny surfaces)

it’s literally disabling!! Anyone found a way to rid of this?

i tried Scleral lens but it’s still there
