Massive eye problems / burning

Hello,


with 18 i took Accutane - since then my eyes are pretty sensible.
Now 15 Years later i am not able to work on the computer anymore (almost instant eye burning). Handy is okay...
I feel the eye all day long.

NIBUT (tested 2 times last 3 Months):
- 18s+ both eyes

TBUT (only tested once):
- 10s+ right eye
- 5s left eye

Schirmer I;
- Normal score

Schirmer II:
- More than normal

Fluorescein:
- no staining


last eye doctor said my eyes are healthy (no dry eye) => neuropathic cornea
Still i have a lot of redness (veins)...

Both eyes are equaly bad.
I Only get relive when iam active outside.
Currently iam on Softacort - helps very minimal

Any ideas?

It is dry eye, probably MGD, not sure why he said it wasn't? For screens you can try e ink monitors and phones there are a few around https://www.reddit.com/r/eink/
