Does anyone know which IPL machine is more effective? E>EYE or M22 Optima?

Hi. I am looking to have IPL for my MGD. Only thing is there are 2 machines out there to choose from E>EYE or M22 Optima. Anyone know which is better or are they the same?

i cant comment too much on the machine, but i do know M22 Optima is the standard one.

i also know that the energy level and the practitioner on using the machine matters a lot.
