Having doubts myself about the efficacy on omega3 supplements in the battle against dry eye, with Donald Korb pointing out the DREAM study which showed omega3 had no effect compared to a placebo in the back of my mind I find this video quite informative about the matter. Some key notes: triglyceride omega 3, high concentration, 3:1 ratio (or higher, e.i. 4:1) of EPA to DHA, omega 3 vs. 6, liquefaction of lipid, olive oil anti-inflammatory.
