Hi, (bad english inc)
I have suffered from dry eye for 10 years now. It started with the lenses and then it got worse after my LASIK operation.
I've been dealing with it for 10 years and trying not to think about it, but some days the pain is just too much. I think I have a big problem with the quality of my tears. I don't think my glands are blocked or something..... When I press my eyelids I feel that a liquid comes out and covers my eyes but I think this liquid is of very poor quality.
When my fingers are clean and when I touch my eye with, I have liquid on my finger and when I rub it it absolutely does not slip, as if my tears were just made of water ?!
I tried to use like 10 different eye drops but no one work.... The evening after my work I use physiological serum with my closed glasses, it help me.
So my question is what can I eat or do to improve my quality tear film ?
Thank you so much
