Why is the doctor's name who does probing in Tampa censored?

It's Dr. M****n. I recently moved to Tampa FL and am looking for a good dry eye Dr. I'd read about Dr. M years ago as the one who invented MGP.

But the fact that he is censored here makes me scared that there is something shady going on with him.

I read some reviews (I'm always suspicious they are fake) and one said she was a medical professional (now I'm more suspicious) and that probing was great and that IPL makes dry eye worse! Is this a fake review from Dr. M because he wants people to not do IPL, but rather do probing instead, or is there actually evidence that IPL is bad?
