At one point I tested and got 35nm and 38nm LLT via Lipiview, 2-3s TBUT, and 3mm and 5mm for the schirmer test. After a few IPLs, my LLT is now 50nm and 80nm but TBUT is still 3-4s. Haven't gotten the schirmer test redone, but I feel like my LLT has improved a decent amount but the TBUT improvement is pretty small. I'm thinking maybe my schirmer tests are still low which could explain the low TBUT but decent LLT?
