I've looked all around but can't find anywhere for me to reply to posts. Help......

if topic is old then it might have been closed which is written in top left corner of the topic
In non-closed topics there is an option to reply by clicking Post Reply in lower right part of the window near Preview button or in top right part of the topic near Subscribe button. On smartphones it's just on top or bottom side of window
You need to write something in the text field at the bottom of topic window before posting reply
