I had plugs several times years ago and they always fell out. I didn’t even know it until Dr told me. Had Lower ducts cauterized and I’m not sure they are still closed. I’ll need to ask Dr next time. Not even sure if it helps/helped. The ducts are so tiny…not sure it even matters. Will keep using Genteal preservative free vials which works for me. Wondering if needing to get l lowers reclosed or why I’m even thinking of it
