Dry drops hot climates

It says on my eye drops store below 25c. I go to a hot climate soon where it will be around 30-35c. How do people store eye drops here will they be ruined?

Try to keep them in the shadow as much as possible or in the bag. Also in the fridge when you are at home. I think it says below 25 degrees because the bacteria increases when it gets over but I don’t know.

They where bottles I kept them in the fridge when in the room
