Major Surgery and Dry Eye

If there’s already a discussion about this, I apologize, there’s just so much info and not enough time for me to read thru right now. I’m having a spinal fusion in 3 weeks (to be followed by a cervical fusion once the back issue heals) and I’m very concerned about how dry my eyes are and how to manage that prior to and during surgery.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
