Hello,
I have had dry eye for a decade or so and have not yet found a lid cleanser that doesn't burn my eyes or make then hurt all day. I tried the OcuSoft Scrubs, many cleansers, the latest was Cetaphil. I thought it was working and I was just not sleeping well as my eyes began to burn and hurt all day. I stopped the Cetaphil and amazingly, the pain abated.....for now. I definitely need to clean my lids, as I do get those horrible crumblies and they, of course, stick to your eyes and lids...well, I'm preaching to the choir here.
Can anyone recommend the most uber ultra mild cleanser? I was going to use plain water but it tugs so hard on the eyes when you try to use it alone.
